At Transcribbit, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase through our website if you have transcribed less than 3 hours of audio. If you have transcribed more than 3 hours of audio, please contact us at support@transcribbit.io and we will provide a pro-rata refund.

Refund for Purchases
To request a refund:
- Email info@transcribbit.io with "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Include the email associated with your account
- Optionally, let us know why you're requesting a refund (this helps us improve)
We'll process your refund within 5 business days if your request meets the criteria above. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
