Yes, definitely. Transcribbit can convert most audio content the user cannot hear into well formatted, readable text, enabling participation in voice-based conversations.

Yes. Transcribbit transcribes accented speech that may be hard to understand which can help non-native speakers by providing well formatted written text that the user can read at their own pace.

As Transcribbit is primarily for voice notes between individuals, it will transcribe the audio, however it does not label speakers.

You can queue multiple notes and they will process in order. Paid plans have priority during busy periods.

Up to 3 minutes of transcription per day.

You will not receive transcriptions for the rest of the day. Limits reset at 00:00 UTC. You can upgrade for higher limits.

Free tier: you have a daily minutes cap (3 minutes per day). Paid tiers: only monthly minutes apply (no daily cap). Minutes are based on each voice note's audio duration, rounded up.

Yes. Upgrades and downgrades are supported. Switching plans uses proration logic (credit for unused time on the current plan and charge for the new plan's remainder).

We support major cards and popular wallets depending on your region. All checkout and billing are processed securely by Paddle.

Yes! The Personal plan includes a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial period to avoid charges. Note: The Professional plan does not include a trial period.

Free: 3 minutes total per day. Personal: up to 50 minutes per note. Professional: unlimited note length.

Transcribbit supports additional languages, however to a lesser accuracy. It may however still suit your needs.

Transcribbit uses best in class AI transcription which has a high degree of accuracy. It is not perfect however and there may be discrepancies, for example, with location names or difficult to understand accents. Transcribbit will attempt to provide the best possible transcription possible and does not filter out words it is unsure of. As such, when using Transcribbit for something critical in nature, it is best to double check its responses.

Yes, it handles accents and background noise very well. Heavy background noise can however reduce accuracy.

Paid users can enable automatic summaries for longer notes and set a threshold (e.g., summarize 2+, 3+, or 5+ minute notes). Summaries are appended below the full transcript in English.

Paid plans get higher queue priority, so your jobs are processed ahead of free‑tier requests during busy periods.

Short notes typically return in under ~10 seconds. Longer notes (8m+) may take ~1–2 minutes. Under heavy load, paid users benefit from priority queuing.

Yes. Audio files are stored for the duration of transcription and are then deleted. There are failover deletion processes to ensure this privacy every minute. We store only operational usage data for reliability and reporting - absolutely no audio or transcription text is permanently stored.

Only temporarily during processing; they are cleaned up automatically after transcription (and every one minute thereafter as a backup). Transcripts are sent back to you and aren't persisted as content in our database.

WhatsApp encrypts all messages end to end between you and Transcribbit. Only you can read these.

No. We don't use your audio or transcripts to train our models. Processing uses third‑party APIs, and we avoid retaining your content.

Each voice note processed is one transcription. Free tier: transcriptions count toward your 3 minutes free daily limit. Paid tiers: transcriptions count toward your monthly minutes (no daily limit).

No. Monthly minutes reset on the first day of each month (at 00:00 UTC) and don't roll over.

New transcriptions are blocked until your monthly reset. You can upgrade for a higher number of transcriptions.

Not currently. Upgrade to a higher plan or wait for the monthly reset. If you are on Professional and require additional minutes, contact us on support@transcribbit.io to discuss further.

Message "upgrade" in WhatsApp and follow the prompts.

Use "subscription cancel" in WhatsApp. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current period.

Within 14 days of a new paid subscription, contact support@transcribbit.io for review. Outside that window, refunds aren't guaranteed.

Use "subscription manage" to open the customer portal (provided by our provider, Paddle). You can update payment methods and download invoices there.
