Yes! The Standard plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features, including translations. You can cancel anytime during the trial period to avoid charges. Note: The Professional plan does not include a trial period.

Translations are included with the Professional plan at no extra cost. Standard plan users can add translations for an additional $2.00/month as an add-on. Enable translations in the Transcribbit app and select your preferred language from 31 supported options. When you send a new voice note, it will automatically be transcribed and shown in your chosen language. Supported translation languages include English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian, Bulgarian, Greek, Russian, Ukrainian, Chinese (Simplified & Traditional), Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Thai, Arabic, Turkish, Hebrew, and Persian.

Transcribbit uses best in class AI transcription which has a high degree of accuracy. It is not perfect however and there may be discrepancies, for example, with location names or difficult to understand accents.

Yes, it handles accents and background noise very well. Heavy background noise can however reduce accuracy.

Paid users can enable automatic summaries for longer notes and set a threshold (e.g., summarize 2+, 3+, or 5+ minute notes). Summaries are appended below the full transcript in English.

Paid plans get higher queue priority, so your jobs are processed ahead of free-tier requests during busy periods.

Short notes typically return in under ~10 seconds. Longer notes (8m+) may take ~1-2 minutes. Under heavy load, paid users benefit from priority queuing.

Yes. Audio files are stored for the duration of transcription and are then deleted. We store only operational usage data for reliability and reporting - absolutely no audio or transcription text is permanently stored.

Only temporarily during processing; they are cleaned up automatically after transcription. Transcripts are sent back to you and aren't persisted in our database.

WhatsApp encrypts all messages end to end between you and Transcribbit. Only you can read these.

No. We don't use your audio or transcripts to train our models. Processing uses third-party APIs, and we avoid retaining your content.

Each voice note processed is one transcription. All plans support unlimited transcriptions with a 25 MB file size limit per note.

Use "subscription cancel" in WhatsApp. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current period.

Within 14 days of a new paid subscription, contact support@transcribbit.io for review. Outside that window, refunds aren't guaranteed.
